Unclassified public submissions

The Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) provides specialist advice to government on a range of topics that intersect with organised crime, information sharing for law enforcement as well as criminal justice research. Our specialist capabilities, information and intelligence holdings and research capability enable us to provide a unique perspective, and one of the ways we share this is through public submissions to Parliament and government inquiries.

Before the ACIC was established when the former Australian Crime Commission and CrimTrac agencies merged, the Australian Crime Commission provided public submissions to Parliament and government inquiries.
