Our corporate plan is our primary planning document. It is prepared in accordance with the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 and covers a 4-year period, with particular focus on the current financial year.
Our corporate plan describes how we intend to achieve our purpose. It describes the environment we operate in, our strategies and activities to achieve our purpose and how we measure our performance. It also specifies plans to develop agency capabilities and describes how we manage risks.
