This report summarises the performance of the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission
(ACIC) for the financial year ending 30 June 2021, as required by the Public Governance,
Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
A separate annual report by the Chair of the ACIC Board documents the operations of the
ACIC as required by the Australian Crime Commission Act 2002.
