Guide to the report
The Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission's (ACIC) Annual Report outlines performance against outcome, program and performance information contained in the Portfolio Budget Statements and the ACIC Corporate Plan.
Section 1 gives an overview of the ACIC and Australia's criminal environment.
Section 2 includes our annual performance statements and report on financial performance.
Section 3 discusses our management and accountability, including corporate governance, external scrutiny, our people and resource management.
Section 4 presents the audited financial statements of the ACIC.
Section 5 includes other information as required under the annual report guidelines.
The report concludes with a list of abbreviations and acronyms, a glossary and an index.

A separate annual report by the Chair of the ACIC Board documents the operations of the ACIC as required by the Australian Crime Commission Act 2002.
