Reports

The ACIC is a Commonwealth entity that performs a regulatory function, and is therefore considered an entity within the Attorney-General’s portfolio. As a regulator, the ACIC responds to a Ministerial Statement of Expectations, issued by a responsible Minister to a regulator or entity with regulatory functions, with a Regulator Statement of Intent that, in turn, identifies how we will deliver on the Government’s expectations.

Endorsed by the board, our one-page strategic direction is key part of our planning framework, and outlines our strategic objectives to enable us to achieve our purpose.
